RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As part of the DFINE service we want you to feel comfortable to purchase knowing you can return items if you are not happy as we know buying things online can be difficult and sometimes things aren’t quite right when you try them on.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BUT ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HONOUR AND EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not 100% happy with any of your DFINE product as it is different than you expected, the fit is not right or it’s just not for you, you are welcome to return the item to us for a store credit or exchange to the total value of the item returned. All credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and credits do not include any freight paid.

 

FOLLOW THIS PROCESS:

  • All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. (Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.)
  • The item/s must be in original condition, unworn and odour free with all tags still attached.
  • Include a note with the return with the discussed information on exchange or credit note request.

*NB: Nailed it operates completely separately to RAPT and are owned separately so there is no option for cross over with credits or exchanges.  The RAPT staff cannot help with your return.

Shipping returns are sent at your cost. We recommend that you use a courier service or NZ Post tracked as we are not responsible for items that are not received.

Once we receive and process your item/s, we will email you with your credit code (this will remain valid for 6 months) or freight your exchange at no additional cost to you.

Using your credit code is easy! Just hop onto our website and add items you’d like into your cart as usual. When you get to the checkout just insert your unique credit code.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM/S SENT
In the case you receive faulty or incorrect item/s please email anj@nailedit.nz and we will discuss with you the best course of action to remedy the issue. If you do have any issues please email to advise before ordering the same item again as we do not offer refunds.

WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
Customers are covered for 30 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, poor fit, improper use or accident. We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between Karakel Limited (nailed it!) and the customer when a purchase is made.
